General Sales Conditions
Payments Policy:
A 50% deposit is required upon reservation.
The balance of the total amount is required 1 month prior to arrival.
A security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before the arrival. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation Policy :
For any cancellation up to 30 days before the planned arrival date, the 50% deposit will be refunded.
For any cancelled, postponed or shortened stay less than 30 days before the planned arrival date, the total amount will be kept as cancellation fee.
Cancellation related to COVID-19: In case of impossibility to travel due to official lockdown from the Italian government and / or the government of the country of residence less than 30 days before arrival, or in case of closing of the establishment the amount paid will be refunded.
